Obituary of Kenithy D. Manns

Please share a memory of Kenithy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Kenithy Manns, our beloved brother, family member and friend, was called home at the age of 32 on February 19, 2023 in Washington, DC. Kenithy was born in Arlington, VA and was known

to everyone as “Kenny”. Kenithy attended school in Alexandria, VA. He later moved to Maryland, where he worked at Express carwash

and District Logistic doing construction.

Kenny loved his daughter and family and liked hanging out with his friends. He was very protective of his family and thought he was our daddy! He was loved

by Alexandria and the “Berg” neighborhood. Those that know Kenny knew his heart belonged to his daughter London and his mother, Evelyn (Fatty). They are

the love of his life; even though he gave mother gray hair early, that was still

her baby boy. Although he was only 32 at the time of his death, Kenny affected many people in his lifetime’ and he knew his love and support from his family were unconditional. He will continue to stay with us all through memories and

the laughs he forced us all to endure, whether we were in the mood for it or not. Kenny was working towards a restored life and was changing his life around for a better future. He was enthusiastic and curious, he loved music, loved to travel, and took every opportunity to venture out.

What you saw was always what you got with him, and what you saw – if you were

lucky enough to be his friend was a bright, charming, fun-loving guy. He loved the holidays. Thanksgiving was his favorite because it often fell on his birthday. He

loved getting dressed up, and he loved expensive and lovely things. He was our Thanksgiving baby. We lost a shining light in our lives.
