Dear family of Joicey ,
I met Joicey during the Zanzibar nightclub era . We both loved to dance salsa no matter how old we were ! We had so much FUN! Joicey showed me how to enjoy life to the fullest!
Joicey always invited me to Revels . I never had an opportunity to go .I must go this year in Joicey’s memory.
