On Friday, September 11, 2020, Lay Plok passed away at the Inova Alexandria Hospital. She was born on May 1, 1952 in Cambodia. She was a pregnant woman who escaped the Khmer Rouge War, fled to Thailand and came to America as a refugee. She is the second oldest out of 6 children.
She is known for taking her grand nephews and nieces to 7-11 to buy whatever they wanted even if it was candy or soda. She was very generous and also gave them money. She loved to spoil them.
She will be missed.
