Sending my deepest condolences, love and prayers to Phylicia's family. I met Phylicia through my niece Damonique when they attended Coolide High School, she was such a light and pleasant young lady to be around. I was recovering from a major surgey and wasn't healed enough to take my daughter to a Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus concert, Phylicia volunteered to take her and they had a wonderful time singing and dancing, there's no doubt she's dancing with the angels in Heaven. Lord bless her soul. I am so sorry for your loss. LeTetia Chase.
