Obituary of Celina Orudiakumo

Celina was born September 25th, 1949 to Akpan Robson Umana and Ameng Lucy Umana in Lagos, Nigeria. Always the bright star, Celina excelled in academia and placed second in her class preceding university. Taking advantage of her intellect and passion of higher learning, she moved to the United States and ultimately achieved a Doctor of Pharmacy at Howard University.

 

Sister Celina accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. Her faith and conviction permeated throughout every aspect of her life. Her unconditional love and devotion to her children was surpassed only by her love for God.  

 

Celina Orudiakumo was truly blessed. She departed this life on July 4th in her daughter's home surrounded by her children and extended family. She leaves behind  four daughters, 

Eno-obong, Stephanie, Ruth, and Esther; two siblings, Gloria Amosu and Sunny Umana; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
