Asia Nicole Payne Obituary

Asia Nicole Payne, affectionately known as “Boobie Doo”, was born

on June 13, 2001, to Angela Payne and Darrell Graham. Asia is

preceded in death by her Great-Grandparents, Annie-Mae and

Junius Carmichael, her Grandparents, John Gregory and Annie

Louise Payne, and Uncle Anthony Graham.

Asia attended Prince William County Schools and Manassas City

Schools. She was smart, artistic, and always looking out for the

well-being of others. During her childhood, she was very shy.

Once she began school, she began to make friends and became

a social butterfly.

While in school, she took a special interest in Art and History.

When on family trips, she would make it a point to have a

historical fact to share (which her brother, Freddie, hated). Asia

always strived to be the best student and to always be at the top

of the class. Often, she would get her assignments for a full week

and finish them all in the same day, saying “Why do it every day

when I can do it all now and play outside the rest of the week?”.

Her hobbies included being outdoors, bike riding, boxing, and foot

races. She was quick and no one could seem to beat her racing.

She especially loved spending time with her brother, Freddie aka

Ampy; aka ASAP, but to Asia he was always just “Bruh Bruh”. They

were each other’s protectors. You never saw one without the other.

Asia loved butterflies. She would say “I wonder how it feels to be

able to fly free like a butterfly, they always seem so happy. That’s

how I want to live my life”. Whenever you see a butterfly, always

think of Asia Nicole Payne. We thank God for these 22 years.

Spread your wings and fly high, Baby Girl!

Asia leaves to mourn, her parents, Angela Payne, and Darrell

Graham; Grandmother, Lelia Graham; Great-Uncle Lynwood

Payne; Uncle Eddie Faison; Five (5) Aunts; Darlene Abdus-Samad,

Colleen Graham, Belinda Graham, Mary Barbour, and Tanja

Woods. Brothers, Fredrick Payne, Darrell Graham, Jr., and Deon

Graham. Sisters; Areina Graham, and Tearra Fitzgerald. Two (2)

special cousins, Jeremiah Burke, and Devontae Smith; and a host

of other family and friends.
